Hawaii Nei Puka Anklet
Hawaii Nei Puka Anklet
Hawaii Nei translates roughly to "our Hawaii" or "this Hawaii" but the phrase represents much more than the literal translation. The words are commonly used to refer to the beautiful islands of Hawaii and express the deep connection and pride that locals have for their land and culture.
Seven perfect surf tumbled pukas on each anklet were all found with large natural holes, which allows the shells to slide freely on the rope cord.
Each Hawaii Nei bracelet is strung on hand twisted 8 ply rope (made from flat waxed polyester thread) in a warm shade of medium brown. The secure and easy to use closure is created from a single pearl and a small loop. Just push the pearl in or out to put on or take off.
Please also note, the sizing of the Hawaii Nei Anklet is determined by the internal circumference of each piece when it is clasped. It is NOT an end to end measurement.
